【摘要】:1Thisstandardappliestoself-propelledseatedrideroperatedvariablereachtrucksintendedtohandleloadsofallkindsusingoneoftheattachmentslistedin3.10,3.11,3.13,3.14,3.15,3.16,3.19and3.20.Itdoesnotcovertheliftingofpersonsbyanyattachments,inparticularbyworkplatforms.Machineswithvariablelengthloadsuspensionelements(chains,ropesetc.)fromwhichtheloadmayswingfreelyinalldirectionsarenotcoveredinthisstandard.Itappliestothehandlingofseries1freightcontainersoflength≥6mwiththedimensionalandsecuringcharacteristicsasspecifiedinISO668andISO3874.2Forthepurposeofthisstandard,self-propelledseatedrideroperatedvariablereachtrucks(hereinafterreferredtoas"trucks")arecounterbalancedlifttruckswithoneormorearticulatedarms,telescopicornot,non-slewing,asdefinedin4.13.2.2.2ofISO5053:1987,usedforstackingloads.Theloadhandlingmeansmaybemounteddirectlyontheliftingmeansoronanauxiliarymastfixedattheendoftheliftingmeans.Liftingmeansshallbenon-slewingorhaveslewingmovementnotgreaterthan5°eithersideofthelongitudinalaxisofthetruck(seeFigure1).3Twotypesofvariablereachtrucksarecoveredinthisstandard:—industrialtrucksforoperationonsubstantiallyfirmsmooth,levelandpreparedsurfaces;—roughterraintrucksforoperationonunimprovednaturalterrainanddisturbedterrainorareas.4Trucksmaybeequippedwithforkarmsfornormalindustrialduties,orattachmentsforspecificapplicationssuchashandlingfreightcontainers.Trucksmaybeequippedwithstabilizers,axlelockingorlaterallevellingdevices.5Thisstandardcoversallspecifichazardswhichcouldoccurduringoperationandmaintenanceoftrucks.Forhazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioning,decommissioninganddisposal,referenceshouldbemadetoEN292-2.6Unlessotherwisespecifiedbythemanufacturer,thetrucksaredesignedtooperateinatemperaturerangeof-20℃to+50℃.Themanufacturershallspecifyinhisinstructionsforusetheprecautionstobetakenwhenusingthetrucksatextremetemperatures.
