【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesagasliquidchromatographicreferencemethodforthedeterminationofthesterolcompositionofanhydrousmilkfatextractedfromdairyproducts.Inthecaseofanalysisofmilkfatinamixtureofvegetablefats,thespecifiedprocedureallowstheevaluationofthemostimportantphytosterols.Theprocedurehasbeenvalidatedonmilkfatsamplescontainingapproximately28%to32%ofvegetablefat.
