【摘要】:Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofspunyarnsbyagreementbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.5.1.1Incaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandsuppliershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogenousaspossibleandthatarefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Theaverageresultfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingstatisticalanalysisandaprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforethetestingisbegun.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandthesuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultswithconsiderationtotheknownbias.Yarnfaultsareafactorindeterminingyarnandfabricquality.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheclassifyingandcountingoffaultsinspunyarnsusingcapacitancetesters.1.1.1Protrudingfibersoryarnhairiness,orboth,arenotdeterminedaspartofthismethod.Note18212;Formeasuringprotrudingfibersorhairiness,orboth,refertoGuideD5647.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesforgradingyarnsbyfaultlevelandtype.1.3Thistestmethodisapplicabletoallsingleorpliedspunyarnsfromnaturalormanufacturedfibersorblendsofeach.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard;thevaluesininch-poundunitsareprovidedasinformationonlyandarenotexactequivalents.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
