【摘要】:Phenoliccompoundsaresometimesfoundinsurfacewatersfromnaturalandindustrialsources.Theirpresenceinstreamsandotherwaterwaysfrequentlywillcauseoffflavorinfishtissueandotheraquaticfood.Chlorinationofwaterscontainingphenolsmayproducechlorophenolsthatareodoriferousandobjectionabletasting.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthepreparationofthesampleandthedeterminationoftheconcentrationofphenoliccompoundsinwater.Theyarebasedonthecolorreactionofphenol(C6H5OH)with4-aminoantipyrineandanycolorproducedbythereactionofotherphenoliccompoundsisreportedasphenol.Theconcentrationofphenolmeasuredrepresentstheminimumconcentrationofphenoliccompoundspresentinthesample.1.2Phenoliccompoundswithasubstituentintheparapositionmaynotquantitativelyproducecolorwith4-aminoantipyrine.However,parasubstituentsofphenolsuchascarboxyl,halogen,hydroxyl,methoxyl,orsulfonicacidgroupsdoproducecolorwith4-aminoantipyrine.1.3Thesetestmethodsaddressspecificapplicationsasfollows:
