【摘要】:Part2ofEN50382specifiesrequirementsfor,andconstructionsanddimensionsof,singlecorecablesofthefollowingtypesandvoltageratings:–1,8/3kVunscreened,unsheathedwithorwithouttextilebraid(1,5mm2to400mm2);–1,8/3kVunscreened,sheathed(1,5mm2to400mm2);–3,6/6kVunscreened,unsheathedwithorwithouttextilebraid(2,5mm2to400mm2);–3,6/6kVunscreened,sheathed(2,5mm2to400mm2).Allcableshaveclass5orclass6tinnedorplaincopperconductorstoEN60228,halogen-freeinsulationandwhereapplicablehalogen-freesheath.Theyareforuseinrailwayrollingstockasfixedwiring,orwiringwherelimitedflexinginoperationisencountered.Therequirementsprovideforacontinuousconductortemperaturenotexceeding120°Cor150°Candamaximumtemperatureforshortcircuitconditionsofeither250°Cor350°Cbasedonadurationof5s.Whentheinsulatingcompoundsandsheathspecifiedinthisstandardwhicharethermallycapableofoperatingat150°Careusedwithtinnedconductors,themaximumoperatingtemperatureislimitedto120°Cand,forthesametechnicalreason,themaximumshortcircuittemperatureislimitedto250°C.Thechoiceofsheathmayalsolimitthemaximumoperatingtemperatureto120°C.Atextilebraidmaybeincludedintheinsulationorappliedatitssurfacetounsheathedcables.Underfireconditionsthecablesexhibitspecialperformancecharacteristicsinrespectofmaximumpermissibleflamepropagation(flamespread)andmaximumpermissibleemissionofsmokeandtoxicgases.ThisPart2ofEN50382shouldbeusedinconjunctionwithPart1“Generalrequirements”.
