【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsforplasticizedcelluloseacetatebutyratethermoplasticcompoundssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.Thesecompoundshaveabutyrylcontentlessthan38%andanacetylcontentlessthan15%andmayormaynotcontaindyesandpigments.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludespecialmaterialscompoundedforspecialapplications.Cellulosicplasticmaterials,beingthermoplastic,arereprocessableandrecyclable.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofthosecellulosicmaterials,providedthatallspecificrequirementsofthisspecificationaremet.1.2Thepropertiesincludedinthisspecificationarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesasgiveninSection5.1.3Thisclassificationsystemandsubsequentlinecallout(specification)areintendedtoprovideameansofcallingoutplasticmaterialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandperformancerequiredofthepart,environmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,fabricationprocesstobeemployed,costsinvolved,andinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisclassificationsystem.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.5Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ThereisnoequivalentorsimilarISOstandard.
